Orders & Contract Formation

    • Orders intended for resale without approval.

Product Availability

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices include GST for Australian orders.

  • For international orders, Australian GST is not charged.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

We accept the approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges in their country. These charges are not included in our prices.

If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide where available.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

Returns & Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion if items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the item.

  • A description of the issue.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Jewellery Care

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, exposure to chemicals, accidental damage, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
